NET Framework 3.5 requires itself to download itself, and I cannot. I have attempted to go to the website and manually download. I have been to several sites and tried near everything I can. NET Framework 4.0 or 4.5, I cannot recall which. My computer runs Windows 8.1 Enterprise, and is a 64-bit operating system It already has. As I am posting here, this is clearly not the case. NET Framework 3.5, and whenever I try to use a program that involves it, I receive an error message involving not being able to connect to the Internet. For whatever reason, I am unable to download. ![]()
